Good. Bore is dirty with some firing residues that should clean to Bright or better with crisp rifling throughout. Metal finish with some oil residues on chamber. Some brown flecking scattered overall. Light pitting on the edge of the forward gripstrap. Some streaks, scratches, and abrasions. Grips worn with handling wear and dents. Action functions when cycled by hand.
