Original, Civil War regulation dark blue wool artillery shell jacket. Lining bears US Quartermaster stamp.
Per regulations, the jacket bears 12 button holes, however only 3 general service eagle buttons remain down the front. Additional 2 buttons to each sleeve, and 4 to the collar. Jacket is trimmed in red, representing the artillery branch. Its cotton lining is complete. 14 1/2 in. shoulder, 22 3/4 in. sleeve.
