Single action solid frame pinfire revolver with six-chambered unfluted cylinder, hinged loading gate, barrel mounted ejector rod, hammer nose notch rear sight, dovetailed peppercorn front sight and a lanyard ring in the butt. Unmarked except for the E LEFAUCHEUX patent mark, the serial number and Liege proof marks. {ANTIQUE}

Fair to Good. Bore poor and crusty with visible rifling. Metal heavily oxidized with a mottled brown and gray patina and patches of surface roughness.  Markings mostly legible. Mechanically functional action with imperfect timing, indexing and lock up. Ejector rod replaced. Barrel likely shortened during the period of use. Grips with moderate wear, showing dings and mars.
