Single shot muzzleloading smoothbore flintlock musket with dog lock, fixed notch rear sight, brass blade front sight, sling swivels and a trumpet head steel ramrod. Lock marked with a capital "H" under the removable bridled rounded iron pan. Lock remains in original flint. Touchhole is unmolested and well centered in the pan. Left barrel flat marked with an "E". Good to Very Good. Bore dark, dirty and heavily oxidized. Metal moderately oxidized with scattered surface roughness and some pitting. Markings remain legible. Lock mechanically functional and in original flint. Wood fairly crisp with no signs of sanding, but with numerous surface dings, dents, marks and mars.
