Short recoil operated rotating bolt semi-automatic rifle fed by metallic belts. Right receiver shows the maker marking TNW followed by SEMI AUTO MG34/VERNONIA OR beside an engraved imitation {Reichsadler} view mark. Top of the barrel jacket shows dot maker mark over 1944, indicating this piece was originally made by Waffenwerke Bruenn in 1944, while the dustcover shows bpr marking for Johannes Grossfuss Metall- und Lackierwarenfabrik. Item produced using a real MG34 parts kit paired with a modern receiver. Scattered mixed original serial numbers to all major parts with appropriate Waffenamt markings. {FFL}

Good. Bore is dark with light pitting, dark brown patina, and oxidation spread throughout. Metal finish shows a mixture of original blue and arsenal reblued parts with scattered light scratches and abrasions. Some brown patina forming on the lower edges of the receiver and on rivets to dustcover. Some scattered light nicks. Light pitting below refinish on the barrel jacket. Wood butt with some dents, stains, and abrasions. Action functions when cycled by hand.
