9mm Para. 4.6" barrel. SN: 2838. Blued metal finish with checkered VKT marked Bakelite grips and standard military pattern sights. Short recoil operated internal hammer fired autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Markings include L-35 model to barrel extension above Finnished boxed SA mark. Barrel stamped with L in triangle mark and two further stamps below barrel. Right trigger marked with an E via electropen. No importer marks visible. Serial numbers match on frame, barrel extension, and bolt. Magazine is unmarked. Serial number falls in the range of the Series 1 production, but the sparse markings and lack of a hump for the recuperator suggest the slide of this pistol was one of the many replaced during later service with the simplified late production pattern. The serial number on the barrel extension/slide appears to be engraved and in a larger font than that of the frame. {C&R}

Good. Bore is Very Bright with crisp rifling throughout. Blued finish is thin with edgewear overall, scratches, and abrasions. Finish worn off on grips with some spots of brown patina. Grips retain strong checkering and details. Mechanically functional when cycled by hand. Slide likely a later arsenal upgrade replacement.
