Item mounts a tangent rear notch sight graduated from 100-1000 meters paired with an inverted-V front sight blade with hood. Further features a reinforcing plate to left toe, a cup style buttplate, fittings for a German pattern sling, and a Mauser pattern bayonet lug. Left receiver with model marking G. 33/40. Receiver further struck with a date of 1940, manufacturer code 945 for Waffenwerke Bruenn, a Nazi German view mark to left side, and {Eagle/WaA63} waffenamt mark, correct for Waffenwerke Bruenn arms made in 1940. Stock shows two Wafffenamt marks below serial number, and another pair on the left butt, all weakened by sanding. Item features a turned down bolt handle with hollow knob. Serial numbers match stock, and receiver, but bolt is numbered 4059b. Bolt components with circled Z Czech inspection markings. Mounts a German pattern leather sling with L&F (Linden & Funke) maker marking, and comes with cleaning rod measuring 9.4" with beveled head. {C&R}

Metal finish displays a mottled gray to brown patina overall with cycling wear, assorted handling nicks on the nosecap, and traces of blue remaining near seams.
