A decorative soldier's discharge printed by "Civilian" Branch of Houston, Texas. Completed for Private William Williams "by reason of Certificate of disability." He had enlisted on May 15th with the 22nd (Hubbard's) Texas Infantry but was evidently deemed unfit for duty while in camp.
