Item retains its firing pin, so the user must ensure no live ammunition is loaded, as firing a live round with the extensive cutaways would be unacceptably risky. Cutouts reveal detail of the barrel, forward gas block, piston, bolt carrier, cam lug, extractor, magazine catch, hammer, trigger, sear, stock fittings, and more. Good. Bore is Very Bright with strong rifling and chrome lining. Spots of oxidation on forward gas block, receiver rivets, optics rail, and right bolt carrier. Some scattered scratches and abrasions. Further brown patina in spots on dustcover. Wood with some rough edges and chips on the edges of the cut-outs, likely from factory. Action functions when cycled by hand.
