Blued metal refinish mounting checkered walnut thumb rest grips and adjustable matted front blade and rear notch sights featuring foliate scroll engraving to frame, barrel, and slide. Simple blowback operated internal hammer fired autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Left slide shows a WALTHER banner mark followed by Waffenfabrik Walther Zella-Mehlis (Thur)/Walthers Patent followed by Olympia-Pistole. Slide serial number reads 3031, and the grips show a third number. Item mounts two-piece weight to frame and one piece barrel weight. Slightly weakened maker marks and absent proofs indicate the handgun was refinished and engraved after production, with the engraving consisting of flowing foliate scrollwork over the slide, upper frame, and rear barrel with a beaded ground. Magazine is blued with multicolor Trolit finger extension. {C&R}

Very Good as Refinished. Bore is Bright with crisp rifling throughout and some grease at muzzle. Blued finish is strong with some light scratches. Grips exhibit some light handling wear and dents. Action functions when cycled by hand.
