Blued barrels, color casehardened receiver with gold highlights, highly figured hardwood stock with checkered pistol grip and contrasting wood buttpate covered with an Orvis slip on recoil pad, checkered semi-Schnabel forend. Double barrel over and under box lock shotgun with single select trigger, tang mounted safety and selector switch, automatic ejectors, matted ventilated barrel rib and steel bead front sight. Length of pull 14.75", drop at comb 1.5", drop at heel 2.125". Receiver and barrel with standard markings, receiver profusely engraved with tight bank note scrolls, flowing lines, a forest scene and two gold gilt birds in flight on each side and a pair of roses under the receiver. The gun is in its factory case with paperwork, a total of five removable chokes (two installed in the barrels), and a choke wrench. Very Fine, showing little if any use. Fine bright bores. Metal with nearly all of the finish intact with some minor thinning and fading, most noticeably to the gilt birds on the receiver. Mechanically functional action. Wood very crisp and fine with some very lightly scattered minor handling marks.
