Single action percussion revolver with five-chambered unfluted cylinder, toggle link loading lever, hammer nose notch rear sight and brass post front sight. Barrel with one-line Colt "NEW-YORK U.S. AMERICA" address, no markings on brass, matching serial numbers on barrel, frame, cylinder and arbor. Loading lever and wedge are not numbered.
