A rare broadside announcing an act to fund and build highways throughout the state. Featuring the state seal at the masthead and text in three columns. Approx. 13 3/8 x 17 1/16 in.

 

VERY RARE. Only 1 copy has sold at auction in 1968. OCLC locates only 9 copies.
