An American release title lobby card for Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Howard Hawks’ landmark musical comedy starring Jane Russell as Dorothy Shaw and Marilyn Monroe as Lorelei Lee. The poster features central artwork of the glamour duo in matching showgirl costumes leaning on canes against a stylized Parisian backdrop complete with the Eiffel Tower, complemented by co-star billing for Charles Coburn. Title lobby cards represent the premier centerpiece of any original promotional card set, serving as a captivating cross-over collectible that appeals equally to classic cinema historians, mid-century design enthusiasts, and high-end Marilyn Monroe investors. Directed by Howard Hawks and produced by Sol C. Siegel, the film was a massive critical and commercial triumph that solidified Monroe’s status as a top Hollywood star and pop-culture icon, celebrated for timeless musical set pieces such as "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend."
