An ambrotype of a smiling baby girl, seated in a chair facing the photographer's lens. Her hair is curled in ringlets, and she is dressed in a charming white gown with a little leather shoe visible.
2.) Sixth plate daguerrotype.Full leatherette case.
A three quarter portrait of a woman dressed in a dark fabric dress and white bonnet. To the cushion of the case interior is an identification of the woman featured which reads: "Mrs. Ruth R. [Smith?] / Memphis / Prince Tenn. / 27th 11 1849."
3) Quarter plate Rehn ambrotype with double view. Full leatherette case.
A quarter plate Rehn ambrotype of three female subjects. Flanking the little girl in the center, dressed in a gingham dress with fringe with a displeased look upon her face, are two older looking women. Each woman is dressed in a similarly styled gingham frock. The woman to the left has a broach visible upon her collar, which the other wears an elaborate bonnet with a long bow trailing down to her lap.
4) Double quarter plate ambrotype. Full thermoplastic case.
A fully cased quarter plate ambrotype set featuring the subjects of a man and a woman. The man is featured at a three-quarter length view, dressed in a dpaper suit and tie with a goatee. His arm is resting casually beside him. The woman is featured at a three-quarter length view, dressed in a charming plaid gown with long sleeves. Her hair is curled in ringlets and set in a contemporary style.
