2. Ninth plate seated studio portrait tintype of a Union soldier. [Connecticut], 1860s. Full thermoplastic case. Case makers imprint behind tintype. Photograph features gilding on the buttons, sword hilt, shoulder boards and buckle, as well as tinting on the soldier's cheeks. 

3. Sixth plate full-length studio portrait tintype of a cavalry soldier. N.p., [1860s]. Full leatherette case. 

4. Ninth plate half-length studio portrait ambrotype identified by a modern note as a "Mississippi Rebel." Full leatherette case. He additionally has a revolver holstered in his belt, the note additionally identifies it as a Joslyn Army Revolver.
