A dramatic landscape depicting a house caught in a storm. Wind whips the trees and grass to the side against a gloomy sky. A pathway crossing a small creek can be seen leading up to the house's doorstep.
Rodriguez Cedeño focuses on classic Cuban landscapes, earning him several national awards in Cuba. According to Nuance Galleries, "his paintings evoke the true spirit of the Cuban countryside, portraying the campesinos and their way of life." He aims to capture the unique tropical atmosphere that can only be found in Cuba in his landscapes.
