Navy summer white cotton jumper. 21 in. shoulder, 20 in. sleeve, 2 translucent horn buttons to each sleeve, 3 translucent horn buttons to one side, 3 bone buttons to other.

 

In hot weather, the traditional seaman's blue uniform was instead traded for summer whites.
