Sixth plate waist-up studio portrait tintype. N.p.: n.p., [1860-1865]. Full leatherette case.
A stunning portrait of a double-armed Confederate soldier double-armed with a double-barreled shotgun and a revolver, as well as powder flask slung across his chest. The shotgun and powder flask were more suited for hunting, whereas the revolver appears to be military issued. The weapons and accoutrement are captured with impeccable clarity.
