Sixth plate full length studio tintype. Full leatherette case.
Excellent portrait of an early-War Union cavalryman. A young enlistee, he displays both a sword and a revolver in his hands. A third weapon, another revolver, is tucked into his belt. This solider did not lack for flair with leather gauntlets, high boots, shoulder scales, and a dynamite Hardee hat. His identity is, unfortunately, unknown, but his portrait is a memorable one.
