Cross 150th Anniversary Limited Edition fountain pen. 12-karat gold filled with 18-karat gold nib. 1996. Number 401/2750. Approx. 5 1/4 in. long.

A limited edition Cross 150th Anniversary fountain pen, based off an original Cross design from the 1930s. This pen celebrates the company's founding in 1846 and was one of three different writing instruments that was created to celebrate the company's anniversary. The pen itself is 12-karat gold filled with black epoxy resin bands, while the nib is 18-karat gold with rhodium-plated highlights.
