[WORLD WAR II] Walther AC-41 Code P38 Pistol with Matching Numbers and Magazine

9mm Para. 4.9" barrel. SN: 3028d. Blued metal finish mounting brown Bakelite grips, standard military pattern sights, and locking block in the white. Short recoil operated autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Left slide struck P.38 followed by ac/41 code indicating it was produced by Walther in 1941. WWII German view mark to right slide flanked by {Eagle/359} waffenamt markings. Two further view marks on left barrel and left breechblock, with further 359 waffenamt struck into the breechblock, barrel, lower slide, left frame, slide stop, trigger bar, takedown lever, trigger, safety lever, firing pin and indicator cover, and rear magazine. Magazine shows standard P.38 model marking with a hand scratched inventory number and date added post war. Serial numbers match on slide, frame, breechblock, barrel, and magazine. {C&R}

Good to Very Good. Bore is dirty with some residues that may clean to Very Bright with crisp rifling throughout. Metal finish thinning on high edges and muzzle, with further flecking to the upper slide and barrel. Some pitting to the triggerguard with brown patina forming on gripstrap, triggerguard, and flecked to lower frame. Grips with some handling wear, dents, and scratches.
