12 Gauge. 20" barrel. SN: 50173. 2.75" chamber. Blued metal finish with reblued barrel in smooth walnut semi-pistol grip stock with matching smooth handguard mounting a POLYCHOKE Deluxe adjustable choke. Slide action repeating shotgun fed by a tube magazine. Receiver shows the correct markings for US Government contract, including U.S. above left triggerguard, and {P / Flaming Bomb} to  left receiver followed by MOD. 520-30. Barrel is marked exclusively on the left side, typical of Riot guns, including factory standard three-line address and the Government contract {P / Flaming Bomb} on left chamber. Item retains a correct pattern of synthetic buttplate that fits proud of wood with gaps. Stock shows signs of sanding with rounded edges.  Item fitted with an aftermarket Polychoke at some point. {C&R}

Good. Bore is dirty with some firing residues that should clean to Bright. Metal finish faded to primarily brown patina on the receiver with darker brown streaks and some traces of extant blue. Barrel markings weakened by refinish, with some scattered brown streaks and scratches. Stock exhibits handling wear, dents, and mars overall with signs of sanding near butt and gaps around the buttplate. Crack forming through butt at toe. Wobble to butt. Mechanically functional when cycled by hand.
