Left receiver with standard later production run markings including COLT'S FIREARMS DIVISION/COLT INDUSTRIES/HARTFORD, CONN./U.S.A. left of the safety. Rifle features a chrome lined bore with barrel struck C MP CHROME BORE in front of front sight. Casting flash was roughly removed at factory, typical of Colt SP1 rifles of this period. Very Good. Bore is Very Bright with sharp rifling throughout. Metal finish exhibits some scattered light scuffs on high edges, some insertion scratches to mag well, and some faint internal cycling wear. Some pinpoint patina forming on front gas block. Finish worn off to bright on edges of flash inside of carry handle. Furniture with scattered light handling scuffs. Cracking to buttplate through upper screw port.
