Left frame with three patents in two lines mark followed by non circled {Rampant Colt}. Colt's VP monogram proof to left triggerguard. Top of the barrel struck COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. Caliber mark to left barrel reads COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .38 SPECIAL. Cylinder struck with {Rampant Colt} logo and a matching serial number to frame. Assembly number on loading gate reads 526. Action has been custom lightened for Cowboy Action pattern shooting. {C&R}

Good. Bore is dirty with some residues that may clean to Very Bright with sharp rifling throughout. Metal finish shows some brown flecking with brown spots on topstrap and gray to hammer. Some scattered light scratches. Muzzle with holster wear and much of the blue worn off the left muzzle and  ejector rod housing. Thin blue on cylinder with continuous turn ring. Action shows good timing.
