20th Century Fox, 1955. German "The Seven Year Itch," featuring Marilyn Monroe as The Girl, dressed in the iconic white pleated halter dress, and Tom Ewell as Richard Sherman standing in the middle distance. Designed by Sigfried Richter (German, 20th century) and signed in plate to the lower left. Printed by Winterdruck, Heidelberg, with imprint to the lower center margin and with seal in plate of Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle der Filmwirtschaft (Voluntary Self-Regulation of the Film Industry, FSK) to the lower right. Approx. 23 1/2 x 33 in., matted and framed to 25 1/2 x 35 in.
