.44 caliber. 6" barrel. SN: 4636(?). Heavily oxidized and cleaned metal, one piece walnut grip. Double action percussion revolver with 6 chambered unfluted cylinder, hammer nose notch rear sight and dovetailed front sight blade. Standard Starr markings are weak, serial numbers not fully legible, but apparently do match. No cartouches are visible. Not functional. {ANTIQUE}

Fair. Bore pitted with visible rifling. Metal with no finish, cleaned to bright and oxidized to a mottled gray patina with moderate amounts of scattered pitting. Markings weak. Not mechanically functional. Grip well worn with repairs and moderate damage.
