Leather album with 25 albumen CDV portraits. Leather album with belt-motif and brass clasp. Includes identifications, both contemporary and modern, on most subjects. All subjects in military uniforms. Several Brady imprints with a variety of other photographers. 

 

Most of the subjects are Union Generals and officers, notably including Major General Philip Sheridan, George Armstrong Custer, Brvt. Major Genl. and Medal of Honor recipient Charles Henry Smith (MOH) accompanied by a clipped signature; and Medal of Honor recipient Brvt. Maj. Genl. William Wells.
