A collection of Civil War ephemera, including:

1. Small South Carolina State seal button. Two-piece with border. 2-fruited palmetto tree to a lined plane. Reverse marked "Scoville Mfg Co."  Albert SC 28.

2. Georgia State seal kepi button. Two-piece with border. Minimalist device to plain field. Device similar to Albert GA 2.

3. Ticket for the Soldier's Reading Room at the Great Central Fair. Philadelphia, Penn., 23 April 1864. Recto reads: "Great Central Fair / Parlor Entertainments / Soldier's Reading Room / Inquirer Printing Office". To verso: "Second Night. / Ticket of Admission. / 'Tableaux Vivants." / Saturday Evening, April 23d, 1864. / Tickets Two Dollars."

The Great Central Fair was held in Philadelphia in 1864 for the benefit of the United States Sanitary Commission. This ticket would have admitted an attendant to the Soldier's Reading Room, wherein an attendee could see Tableaux Vivants, static scenes composed of actors or models. The event was ultimately a resounding success.

4. Unbroken strip of 23 matches.
