1. Union Relief Association of Baltimore membership card, featuring a patriotic design with a bald eagle grasping an American flag in its talons, surrounded by a border of stars representing the Union states. Approx. 3 7/8 x 2 3/8 in.

2. Connecticut Union Volunteer and Substitute Association of Hartford printed notice, advertising recruitment and substitution services, with headquarters address and listing of officers for contact. Approx. 3 3/8 x 2 1/8 in. Pencil inscription on verso reads: “Ferdinand & Isabella Prescott / Conquest of Mexico / Philip II.”
