Every glove features his full signature along with his characteristic personal inscription "Love & Peace" incorporating a smiley-face motif. Douglas achieved boxing immortality on February 11, 1990 in Tokyo, Japan, when he knocked out the previously undefeated Mike Tyson in the 10th round to capture the undisputed heavyweight crown in one of the greatest upsets in sports history.
