Rifle mounts an optics rail welded to left side mounting a Soviet production 1P29 tritium illuminated optic on its original mounting with AK cam installed and rubber eye cup. Scope shows the Soviet Sickle & Hammer stamp above model marking and a serial number of ISh0670. Tritium in optic has depleted and no longer glows in dark conditions. Maadi pattern receiver lacks the reinforcements typical of Soviet Pattern RPK receivers. Maker mark to right receiver reads A.C.C. INT/INTRAC/KNOX. TN./EGYPT. Lacks bayonet lug and securing loops for cleaning rod as built. Lacks magazine. Comes with cleaning kit in butt. [FFL]

Good. Bore is Very Bright with sharp rifling throughout and some light jacket residues on the edges of the rifling. Metal finish has some abrasions to barrel, pinpoint patina forming on barrel and gas block, and scattered light scratches overall. Some brown spots on dustcover and rear trunnion. Wood furniture shows handling scuffs and abrasions. Scope mounts tightly to the rifle with some scattered scratches and stains. Note, optic lubricants may have hardened, and care must be taken to relubricate adjustments before zeroing.
